Transformation LLC
has adapted aviation CRM to medicine
through the blending of Dr. Montoya's and
Captain Wilkinson's personal and
professional experiences. The training
course consists of a total of 8 hours
using a combination of classroom lecture
and small group discussions. All seminars
will be taught by both a pilot and medical
professional highly trained In CRM skills.
The seminar is accredited for Continuing
Education by the Nevada State Board of
Nursing.
