Frank DeStefano, 83, of Hicksville, NY peacefully on June 24, 2024. A life filled with love, dedication, and service to others.

He was a Founding member of HOB.

Devoted husband of Barbara for 53 years. They built a loving family, raising two children, Frank Jr. (Jennifer) and Renee (Bill). Cherished GrandDad of Cassie, Jake, and Abby; they brought immense joy to his life.

Dear brother of the late George (Linda). Brother-in-law of the late Doris (Nick) and late Frank (Joan). Adored by many nieces and nephews.

A dedicated educator, Frank retired from St. Francis Prep, where he taught math for many years. His patience, care, and commitment to his students left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of being in his classroom.

Frank's love for sports was well-known. He was an ardent fan of the Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Dodgers, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. His favorite player was the legendary Willie Mays, a testament to his lifelong passion for the game.

Faith was a cornerstone of Frank's life. As a devout Catholic, he found strength and comfort in his faith, which guided him through life's challenges and triumphs.

Frank will be remembered for his loving, caring, and patient nature. He was a family-oriented man who always put his loved ones first, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
